City Osteopaths is located on the corner of Featherston and Panama Streets. Across the road from the Ibis Hotel. We have a sign on the pavement at 166 Featherston Street and you can catch the lift to the Fourth floor. Please call and talk to one of our reception staff to make an appointment

Parking is available in the Clifton Terrace Carpark, Waring Taylor Street Carpark or metered on the street.

We aim to provide an environment where all patients can obtain the best results in the shortest time.

APPOINTMENTS

If applicable, please bring relevant x-rays/baby birth records to your first appointment.

All our practitioners endeavour to keep to specific appointment times and we appreciate patients keeping given appointment times. If we are running late, our receptionist will attempt to contact you and inform you of any changes.  

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to keep your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. Short notice or a missed appointment will incur a cancellation fee.  

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of consultation/treatment. We have Eftpos and credit card facilities.  

If you have financial difficulties, please discuss this with your practitioner.  

ACC

Our osteopaths and acupuncturists are ACC treatment providers and can make a claim on your behalf if you are eligible.
Should you be referred by another practitioner or Doctor, please ensure your forms are current, correctly referred for osteopathy or acupuncture and cover the problem you are presenting with.  

Should ACC decline payment for any reason, you are responsible for any outstanding amount incurred on your behalf.

Our practice is situated on the corner of Featherston and Panama Streets. Parking is available in the WCC Clifton Terrace carpark, the carpark in Waring Taylor Street, or the carpark at Queens Wharf.
