I graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Osteopathic Medicine.  I am experienced in treating all kinds of painful conditions.  However, I have developed significant additional skills in the management of problems associated with pregnancy, and common conditions in babies and children.  This has involved completing my training as a cranial osteopath, a breast feeding peer support worker and various postgraduate courses in paediatric and obstetric care with mentorship from leading experts.

I have worked on the maternity ward at New Cross Hospital assisting mothers and babies in obtaining comfortable and effective breast feeding positions, and providing information on feeding, weaning and safe sleeping.  I have also trained as a clinical Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and offer one-to-one sessions specifically tailored to your goals or injury requirements.
